"Relationships In and Out of Addiction and Recovery" was presented on May 25, 2010; by Ed Conlin, BSEd, CADC; addiction counselor, Detroit Capuchin Service System; and Janice Firn, LMSW; Clinical Social Worker, University of Michigan Hospital. This program describes how patterns in thought, action and relationships are affected by addiction. It describes the process of self-actualization, the formation of personal bonds, the pathology behind relationships in addiction, and key attitudes and tools for healthy relationships.
